Faculty of humanities trains students for careers in journalism, tourism and public relations. By continuing to evaluate and enhance the programs offered, and by collaborating with others within and beyond the Academy, the faculty provides an extensive learning experience that prepares them for rewarding careers in the government, business, nonprofit organizations, public and international affairs, journalism, tourism, research and education.

Drawing on the academic staff’s expertise, the faculty aims to prepare students for 21st century media and tourism careers that require mastery of language and communication, research skills and technology. Beyond this, students will practice critical thinking skills and will achieve a thorough understanding of ethics and media law, event management, hospitality service, and tour operations management.
